Tennis

Tennis is a sport that is played between two players and sometimes four players. Each player have a raquet.
Tennis has games and sets, usually are three sets per match. To win a set you have to win six games and to win a game you have to win four points (15, 30, 40).
To win a match you have to win usually two sets.



The most importants tournament in tenis are the Grand Slams (Australia, Paris, Wimbledon, New York).
The best players of tennis today are: Roger Federer, Novak Djiokovic, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and David Ferrer.



Also is a ATP here in Viña del Mar, in 2012 Juan Monaco wins it.

TASK 15

This time I will compare my favourite shops, it is Nike and Adidas.
The 2 shops are of sports, the first one is in the Boulevard Marina Arauco and Adidas is in Marina Arauco.
Adidas has more variety of colors and of clothes but Nike have more variety of runners.
Also Adidas and Nike has diferent football teams but Adidas have the teams that I like it.
The 2 shops are very good because are very popular around the world, I like both but I prefer Nike. I go to shoping like 2 times a month.

TASK 14

I live in las golondrinas, the number of my house is 131.
The keys of my house are behind the trash can near the house. There are 2 keys: the blue one is for the grate, and the green is for the door of my house. If you want to use my car the keys are under it.
I live near a supermarket in the gas station, that is 3 blocks walking to the north .
I will return the third of November.

TASK 13

I will teach you to do fudges
Ingredients:
-5 eggs
-10 gm of butter
-150 gr of flour
- melted chocolate
First you have to put the eggs with the butter and the flour, then you have to mix it.
After that, you have to shape the fudges. then you put in the oven for 10 minutes.
When the fudges are ready. you fill the fudges with you want.
Finally you put the melted chocolate over the fudges.
And the fudges are ready.

TASK 12

Memo: I am going away to Orlando for 2 weeks. Remember to prepare 2 reunions with the general manager of the enterprise and prepare 1 reunion with the chairman.
Also check my e-mail in my computer, and talk with my secretary of my mails (she knoes it).

Dear Friend,
Chile have a lot of popular foods like the famous ^cazuela^ that is a soap but with pieces of meat and another ingredients.
Also we have a lot of seafood, in the 18 of September we eat a lot of meat, êmpanadas^, ânticucho^ and chicha. 

TASK 9

My English teacher invited me to a writing competition in USA, I went to the airport of Santiago to travel to Miami, at 9:00 Am of the another day I arrived, first I went to the beach and in the afternoon I went to the competition.

The best price was a travel package to New York and Washington DC

The competition started at 14:00 pm and finished at 19:00 pm

The ceremony was at 20:00 pm, the third place was a English women, the second was for a men of Chicago and the first was me!

I am going to remember this day for the rest of my life.

TASK 8

Friday: Its holiday and I went to Santiago with my family and cousins, we travelled all the parts of Santiago and in the afternoon we went to the MIM museum, in the night we went to see a wrestling event in Movistar Arena, it was very good, then we travelled back to Viña del Mar.

Saturday: I meet some friends and we went to the cinema and then we went to a football match in Sausalito. In the night my grandfathers visit me.

Sunday: I went to Maitencillo and I passed all the day in the beach.

TASK 7 

My dream house is located in the center of Rome, Italy.

Is a house of 2 floors and it has a good garden, you can play in the garden whatever sport that you want.

The house is white and it have three rooms and two bathrooms.

Also is near to a Italian restaurant and near to the Olympic stadium of Rome.

In the living room you can see all Rome, including the coliseum, the Vatican, the Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi etc…

You can see also the persons and cars in Rome very little, because the house is in a hill.

  

TASK 6

Friend:

If you want to use my computer you have to enter my room and go to my desktop and turn on the computer, is a laptop, my password is 1, 2, 3, 4.

If you want to use internet use Google Chrome but if you want to play games, all the games are in the first drawer in my bedroom, some games you have to installed.

When you want to stop playing computer turn off and put it in the second drawer of my bedroom.

I live in Las Golondrinas at seven minutes of the school is a yellow house with a garden and the number of the house is one, three, one.

TASK 3

Neighbour: I am going to see the olympic games in London, please give to my dog called Polo a bowl of dog food (the bag of dog food is in the kitchen) at 20:00 once time a day, and after that give him a dog cookie, but before that Polo has to give you his leg.

Two times a week take Polo to the park with the leash that is near to his house .

I will be back when the Olympic games finish, thanks.

I study in the Mackay School but I studied in Capellán Pascal 

Capellán Pascal is a boarding school in Chile.

Mackay School is a private school in Chile.

Capellán Pascal practices a lot of sports like football, rugby, wall, tennis, squash, golf, hockey, athletics, swimming, basket etc…

The Mackay School practices rugby, swimming, football and athletics.

Capellan Pascal has theaters, libraries, laboratories and a lot of expeditions.

The Mackay School has a lot of expeditions too, an auditorium, a library and laboratories, it also have a chapel.

The Mackay School has a campus in Mantagua, but Capellan has a campus in Rancagua.

I like both schools because they have so many facilities to learn better.

But The Mackay School is bigger than Capellán Pascal.
